If you are having problems with your videos playing when you login, please follow these instructions first:
- - Check to make sure that you are logged in with the correct email address. Check the email address that your receipt emails are being sent to in order to make sure it is the right one.
- - Check in your account to make sure that your subscription payments are up to date and that you don't have failed payments.
- - Check your account on multiple platforms (computer browser, apps) and see if it is only happening on one platform rather than all.
- - Log out of your account on all platforms and then log back in.
- - If you are having a problem with one of the apps, please uninstall the app and reinstall. Also check for any updates before going any further.
