2 x Medium Weights

Couple(t) options with weight and reps
Opportunity to go with some heavy squats if you have equipment available.
60 Seconds Warm up
1. 90 Seconds x 6 - increasing reps
-lunge & single leg deadlift
-shoulder band (or light weights)
-worm walk & push up
Repeat
60 Second Rest
2. 10x10(ish) e2mom
Every two minutes
10 weighted squats (heavy if you want)
10 burpees
60 Second Rest
3. 60 Second x 9
Increasing reps
-bicep curls & shoulder press
-deadlift & row
-cardio
Repeat
